If you are looking to register for an Anger Management Class, a Family Violence Class, a Substance Abuse Evaluation, or a Clinical Evaluation, you would have to call our office at (706) 549-7755 in order to get the correct forms sent to you. We do not perform Mental Health Evaluations, and we are not traditional Medicaid or Medicare providers. If you have any other questions or concerns you can always give our office a call and we'd be more than happy to help you!
Kimberly Vickers
Kimberly Duck is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been at FCS since 2012. During her time as a therapist she has worked with clients with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationships, life stage transitions, grief and substance abuse. She approaches client concerns from a strength based approach often using solution focused brief therapy as well as interventions from narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies. A proud UGA alumna Kimberly enjoys participating in community events in her hometown of Athens, cheering on the Dawgs, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
