If we are accepting new clients please complete our intake paperwork and submit it. Once your paperwork is received and we have a therapist that meets your needs, you will be contacted. We provide both telehealth and in person sessions at this time based on your specific preferences and therapist availability.

Cate Gaddy

Cate was born and raised in the area surrounding Athens. She came to FCS initially as an intern and was hired on after receiving her MSW from the University of Georgia. She has worked with clients in Felony and Misdemeanor drug courts, and currently assists clients in the Athens DUI/Drug Court. She works with children, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples experiencing difficulties with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. She believes that everyone has the capability to lead a more fulfilling life, and assists clients by using a combination of cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, strengths-based, and motivational interviewing techniques.

In her free time Cate enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
