If you are looking to register for an Anger Management Class, a Family Violence Class, a Substance Abuse Evaluation, or a Clinical Evaluation, you would have to call our office at (706) 549-7755 in order to get the correct forms sent to you. 

We do not perform Mental Health Evaluations, and we are not traditional Medicaid or Medicare providers. If you have any other questions or concerns you can always give our office a call and we'd be more than happy to help you!

 

 


Caroline Holcomb

Caroline Holcomb (LCSW) joined FCS in August 2020. Her specialty areas include anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationship concerns, disordered eating & body image, life transitions, and identity exploration. Her approach is relational and person-centered, often incorporating interpersonal, third wave cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based interventions. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and has a foundation in social justice frameworks. Caroline grew up in North Carolina and received her MSW from UNC-Chapel Hill. Prior to joining FCS, she worked for several years in college counseling and hospice care. In her personal time, Caroline enjoys being outside, reading, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with friends & family.
