If you are looking to register for an Anger Management Class, a Family Violence Class, a Substance Abuse Evaluation, or a Clinical Evaluation, you would have to call our office at (706) 549-7755 in order to get the correct forms sent to you. We do not perform Mental Health Evaluations, and we are not traditional Medicaid or Medicare providers. If you have any other questions or concerns you can always give our office a call and we'd be more than happy to help you!

Initial AppointmentsAt FCS, we know that making the decision to see a counselor can be uncomfortable and even anxiety-provoking. We therefore aim to make our new client intake process as easy and painless as possible. All initial appointments are scheduled through the business office which is open Monday through Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Therapy sessions are "as scheduled" between you and your therapist. Appointments may be scheduled by completing the paperwork on our website. Appointment for existing ClientsIf you are an existing client, cancellations and rescheduling can be done without talking directly with your therapist. However we require 24 hour notice to avoid being charged the $50 late cancellation fee. Emergency AppointmentsWe are not an emergency facility. If you need emergency assistance please contact the state-wide emergency mental health crisis line at 1-800-715-4225 or call 911. If you are a current client, please discuss emergency procedures with your therapist. | ||||||
