Amy Heesacker

Amy Heesacker [PhD, Licensed Psychologist] has been providing therapy for children, adolescents, adults, families and couples since 2011 with FCS. She uses cognitive behavioral, family systems, and mindfulness techniques to assist clients in coping with relationship issues, anxiety, depression and divorce. Amy’s therapeutic influences include Insoo Kim Berg, John Gottman, Esther Perel, Besel van der Kolk and Tara Brach. She grew up in Ellensburg, Washington and currently lives in a blended family with her husband, five children and rescue dog. In her non-work time, Amy likes hiking, yoga, reading, and vegetarian cooking.

Favorite movies: So many, but prefers Indie movies at Cine most recently.
